Tom has been pastor of the Presbyterian Church in Lindsay since 1980. After serving on staff in a number of larger congregations, Tom and his family wanted a smaller church/town experience. They have adapted well to the Central Valley.
Tom received the Bachelor of Arts (1968) in history from Westmont College, the Master of Divinity (1973) from Fuller Theological Seminary, and received the Ph.D. in Theology with a concentration in New Testament Studies (2001) also from Fuller Theological Seminary.
Apart from the responsibilities of being a pastor, Tom enjoys backpacking, baking, studying, and discussing theology.
